LEBANON, N.J.-U.S. Title Search Inc. assists wireless carriers in streamlining title searches required to build or upgrade wireless communications towers.
The company uses a proprietary, Web-based order management, LandIT, to expedite the title search process, which can be cumbersome and time consuming. The system includes electronic versions of all standard document formats required and features cross-vendor functionality, enabling all parties involved in the title search to access the account.
The company also touts its exclusive focus on wireless carriers and its ability to act as a single point of contact per carrier on a nationwide basis as a strength over other title agencies.
“What we have come up with is a solution that is tailor-made to the wireless industry,” said Johnathan Stanley, chief executive officer and co-founder of the company. “It is broad in scale, as it must be, but at the same time delivers a seamless, integrated method of servicing customers that assures centralized accountability and consistent quality.”
