Siemens Information and Communication Mobile announced the launch of two new mobile handsets, the CFX65 and the SL65.
The CFX65 is a clamshell phone targeted at young consumers. It features a loop antenna, an integrated camera with flash, two displays and full photo functionality. It also includes multimedia messaging service, EMS and e-mail capability; Java applications; and pre-installed games. The CFX65 will be available in Europe and Asia in August.
The SL65, successor of the SL55, is a slider phone with a video camera, color display and five-times digital zoom functionality. It allows users to send videos and images with text and sound by e-mail or MMS. It also features Java applications and a suite of business functions. The phone will be available in Europe and Asia in September.
