SAN DIEGO-Wireless broadband access solution provider Novatel Wireless Inc. said it has priced its follow-on offering for 6 million shares of common stock at $15.50 per share. The company also announced its common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq National Market System today under the symbol “NVTL.”
The company expects to garner $65.9 million in proceeds from the offering.
