BOSTON-American Tower Corp. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Steve Dodge purchased 100,000 shares of American Tower stock priced between $9.13 and $9.37 according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
“AMT chairman has increased his personal equity exposure to the company at current prices, which we interpret as a positive,” Raymond James & Associates said in a research note.
American Tower stock was slightly up, trading at $9.32 per share Friday morning.
