WEST MELBOURNE, Fla.-Relm Wireless Corp. was notified on April 29 that it will be delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market on May 8 because it has not regained compliance with the minimum $1 price per share requirement.
Beginning May 8, the company’s securities will be traded as “RELM” on the OTC Bulletin Board.
