China’s mobile carriers add 9.78 million users in first two months

BEIJING-According to the latest official statistics, China’s two mobile operators added 9,782,000 users in the first two months of the year, bringing the total mobile users in the country to 216 million.

Income increased 32.6 percent from a year earlier to 35.54 billion yuan (US$4.3 billion).
