NEW ORLEANS-Convergys Corp. announced the availability of its Settlement Suite Release 2.0. The new version enables wireless, cable and broadband, wireline, and Ineternet Protocol-based service providers to introduce new commerce and content-based services quickly and cost-effectively by more efficiently managing critical partner relationships, said Convergys.
New functionality includes a new partner-centric graphical user interface, expanded settlement statement options, and additional interface support to accelerate integration with external retail billing products, said Convergys. The Settlement Suite allows service providers to introduce a wider variety of new offerings to drive subscriber growth, reduce churn, and increase average revenue per user.
Convergys also announced Release 10 of its Atlys billing and customer care product. The new product enables
complex enterprise market support with advanced financial management and partner settlement capabilities in a single billing solution, said the company.
