CANNES, France-With the infrastructure market continuing to remain in the doldrums, most of the major infrastructure vendors are turning to ‘managed services’ as a fresh source of urgently needed revenue. The leading mobile equipment supplier, Ericsson, has admitted that it is now number one in the field of managing and operating mobile networks, and said that around 30 percent of its revenue was coming from winning outsourcing contracts.
