WARREN, N.J.-Anadigics Inc. said it will launch a new suite of RF solutions designed for GSM/GPRS applications at the 3GSM World Congress in Cannes, France. The solutions include new quad-band amplifiers, pHEMT switches as well as a new quad-band integrated RF transmit module.
“Leveraging our InGaP HBT PA technology, pHEMT RF switches, integrated passive process, and module expertise, Anadigics has aggressively developed a product line, consisting of standalone RFIC and highly integrated RF transmit modules, that provides best-of-breed performance, reliability and integration for multiband GSM/GPRS handsets,” said Bami Bastani, president and chief executive officer of the company.
