MIAMI-Selby Communications said it has secured contracts valued at $30 million with Orascom Telecom, an African and Asian GSM operator. Selby has begun the first $10 million phase designing, supplying and installing infrastructure for the operator’s GSM networks. The project will be headed up from the company’s Miami-based headquarters, and Selby will also send a project management team to North Africa.
