SANTA CLARA, Calif.-Cellon International launched its new CMS91 GSM/GPRS wireless module, which the company said will allow manufacturers and designers to develop wireless handsets or to add wireless connectivity to non-handset devices such as computers, personal digital assistants, automobiles and consumer appliances.
“Modules-both for handset design and integration into non-handset devices-will become the standard building block for wireless connectivity,” said William Wong, the company’s senior vice president for marketing and sales.
