SAN DIEGO-MIR3 Inc. announced it is joining with Anderson Performance Improvement Company, which develops corporate performance improvement rewards programs, to provide enterprises with enhanced performance improvement solutions.
MIR3 will provide APIC with its two-way Intelligent Notification platform, Inlogic, which will be used to deliver information about employee incentive and recognition programs, transmit intelligent notifications for employees to redeem rewards opportunities online, and allow employees to acknowledge and reply to opportunities from mobile devices.
