COSTA MESA, Calif.-The CDMA Development Group reported more than 127 million worldwide CDMA subscribers at the end of the second quarter and 15 million worldwide third-generation CDMA subscribers as of July, which the CDG said represents 99 percent of the worldwide 3G market.
