GARDEN GROVE, Calif.-Disposable phone manufacturer Hop-On announced it selected Infea L.L.C. for prepaid airtime and replenishments.
Under the non-exclusive agreement, Infea’s distribution subsidiary will provide airtime, fulfillment, number management and replenishments for Hop-On’s disposable CDMA phones in select initial geographic regions in the United States.
Infea’s consortium of CDMA regional wireless carriers will provide airtime and nationwide roaming services. The agreement will also provide Hop-On with a broader prepaid billing platform, which will allow customers to add additional minutes to their Hop-On phones using a credit card or separately purchased prepaid calling card.
Infea is a privately held, Wisconsin-based technology company that provides embedded systems to operate mobile voice and data devices and applications.
