HOUSTON— A new company, DUR-TEK Inc., has been formed to supply the mobile marketplace with equipment for conventional and trunking applications.
DUR-TEK will serve commercial radio operators, business and industrial/land transportation operations and local governments by manufacturing and selling equipment including high-quality repeaters, base stations and network radio systems.
“With backgrounds in radio operations, manufacturing, engineering, and complex system design and installation, we have created a team with unmatched qualification and experience,” said Fred Goodwin who will serve as the company’s president. “By combining these essential talents, we have positioned our company to better serve the industry by delivering higher-quality, more cost-effective products and system solutions to a wider range of users in the shortest period of time.”
