PARIS—Alcatel will supply a nationwide GSM 900/1800 MHz network in Tunisia for Orascom Telecom under a US$125 million contract. The five-year contract will enable Orascom to offer mobile voice and data services to more than 500,000 subscribers.
Orascom just received the Tunisia license, first announced in March, earlier this week.
