EMERYVILLE, Calif.—Geoworks Corp. said Nasdaq approved the company’s request to have its common stock traded on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market starting in May.
Geoworks recently shifted its focus from selling wireless data services to corporations to selling software and design services to mobile device makers.
