NEW YORK—AT&T Wireless Services Inc. is expected to raise $3 billion this week by selling five-year and 10-year global bonds, according to Reuters. Cingular Wireless raised $2 billion in a similar sale last December, while Verizon Wireless Inc. raised nearly $4 billion a few days later.
