NEW YORK—Tele2 said it increased its ownership in Finnish 3G Ltd. from 20 percent to 27.44 percent. Finnish 3G holds one of four third-generation licenses in Finland.
Finnet Group is a co-owner of the greenfield operator, which was awarded a license in 2000.
