SCHAUMBURG, Ill.—Motorola Inc. appointed David Devonshire chief financial officer, replacing Carl Koenemann, who had been Motorola’s CFO since 1991.
Devonshire most recently served as CFO of Ingersoll-Rand Co. Ltd., and he was CFO of Owens-Corning prior to that.
Motorola also named Janilee Johnson chief communication officer. She replaces Albert “Rusty” Brashear, who is retiring.
