RESTON, Va.—Motient Corp. announced WhereToLive.com, which offers a Web-based productivity platform to the real estate industry, will resell wireless handhelds fortified with Motient’s eLink service.
Through the collaboration, realtors will be able to wirelessly retrieve e-mail from their company’s web site and personal e-mail accounts via a WhereToLive custom e-mail address and be able to link Web pages together. “We decided that Motient provides both the geographic reach and the reliability that agents and brokers will find very attractive,” said Elizabeth Chesen, chief operating officer of WhereToLive.com. “Motient also has a strong presence in the fastest growing real estate markets where we are concentrating our initial efforts.”
