NEW YORK—NTT DoCoMo Inc., which has the largest market value of any company trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, hopes to list its shares on the London and New York stock exchanges by spring, the Japanese daily newspaper Sankei Shimbun reported December 31.
The application for a New York Stock Exchange listing had not yet been posted on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Web site by late January 3.
