HELSINKI, Finland—Nokia Corp. says it has launched a tool called Nokia NetAct Traffica to allow operators to monitor the performance of their GPRS packet-switched networks in real time as they deliver services to end users.
The company proclaims the other benefits of this solution as the ability to differentiate services, increase revenue and gain faster response time to customers’ complaints.
