MACCLESFIELD, England—Mobile Internet infrastructure provider Geoworks Corp. said BT Cellnet launched its developer program on BT’s Expidas Web site, a move Geoworks said will allow mobile solution developers to rapidly develop, test and deploy mobile data applications.
