SEOUL, South Korea—Chip maker Toshiba Corp. wants to sell its dynamic random access memory chips to Samsung Electronics, a reflection of the Korean company’s struggles.
The company is also speculated to have offered to sell its chips to Infineon Technologies, NEC Corp. and Elpida.
