BUENOS AIRES, Argentina—Entel Chile will integrate a technological call center platform developed by Genesys Telecommunications, a subsidiary of Alcatel. The solutions will allow Entel’s clients to communicate via e-mail, Web callback, chat and voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
According to the regional director of Genesys, Alejandro Migliora, “Companies without a flexible, scalable, extensible and integrated architecture in their call and contact centers will not be able to respond to the pressure of competition and will eventually lose market participation.”
