HAWTHORNE, N.Y.—NextWave Telecom Inc. reported UBS Warburg has committed to provide the company with $2.5 billion in debt financing to fund the construction of its planned nationwide third-generation wireless network. UBS Warburg will also serve as NextWave’s financial adviser and will assist NextWave in consummating its reorganization plans.
