SILVER SPRING, Maryland, United States—Wireless service provider IMC WorldCell announced it now offers Iridium Satellite phones and service, expanding WorldCell coverage to hard-to-reach places across the globe.
Traveling WorldCell customers can rent Iridium Satellite handsets before their departure and have them shipped for free to their home or office. An activated phone, appropriate charging plugs and a carrying case will be included in the package. In addition, customers will be able to customize voice messaging on the phone and will receive business cards with their name and the rental phone’s telephone number. WorldCell’s 24-hour customer service line will also be programmed into the phone.
