LISBON, Spain-Lucent Technologies Inc. signed a contract to design a national network that combines wireless local loop with digital TV broadcast services for Redes e Servicos de Telecomunicacoes SA (WTS). Under the deal, Lucent will offer consulting, integration and network design services.
