BERWYN, Pa.-Triton PCS Holdings Inc. said it raised about $112 million through its offering of 6 million shares of company stock.
Proceeds from the offering will be used for the expansion of the company’s network buildout, spectrum acquisition, working capital and general corporate purposes, according to Triton PCS.
