OWINGS MILLS, Md.-Aether Systems Inc. and Euronet Worldwide formed a strategic alliance to create and market a suite of wireless financial services. The two plan to provide financial institutions like banks, credit unions, brokerages and mutual fund companies access to accounts and event messaging services as an outsourced wireless application service provider solution.
