HACKENSACK, N.J.-GoAmerica Inc. has agreed to acquire Flash Creative Management Inc., a management and technology consulting agency. The deal will add professional services to its suite of wireless offerings for corporate customers.
Flash co-founders David Blumenthal and Yair Alan Griver will join GoAmerica as chief operating officer and chief information officer, respectively.
