CHICAGO-United States Cellular Corp. sold its interest in Hawaii Rural Service Area 3 to AT&T Wireless Group for an undisclosed amount.
The deal includes US Cellular’s nonwireline license and related assets covering a population of approximately 141,000 people on the island of Hawaii.
