HONG KONG-Cable & Wireless HKT reported that the high court of Hong Kong granted an order pursuant to Section 166 of the company’s ordinance sanctioning the merger of C&W HKT and Pacific Century CyberWorks.
C&W HKT said it expects the merger to be completed by the end of August.
