CALGARY, Alberta-Cell-Loc Inc. announced the spinoff of its TimesThree network and services division, allowing the division to sell wireless location services to business partners and consumers.
TimesThree is also conducting location demonstrations using Cell-Loc’s Cellocate technology in Calgary, Alberta, with plans to launch networks in 42 U.S. cities by the end of next year.
“By launching TimesThree, we are doing what many said could never be done,” noted Lew Turnquist, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Cell-Loc. “The key is to leverage technology, own a network and offer services; something others talk about, but we are actually doing.”
