DENVER, United States-Tracy Ford, editorial director of Global Wireless, has been promoted to associate publisher of Global Wireless and its sister publication focused on the U.S. wireless market, RCR. Ford is also editor of RCR.
“I am pleased to announce Tracy’s promotion,” commented Global Wireless Publisher and Vice President John Sudmeier. “She is passionate about the industry and Global Wireless and has guided the publication through rapid industry growth and the resulting evolution of Global Wireless.”
In her 10 years with RCR and Global Wireless, Ford has served in a number of positions, including staff reporter, managing editor and editor. She will continue to be based in the Denver office.
In addition, Annabel McQueen was hired by Global Wireless and RCR as European sales manager based in London. McQueen has 10 years of experience in advertising sales in the magazine industry, most recently as sales manager with The Resident, a lifestyle magazine based in central London.
