HELSINKI, Finland-Nokia Corp. unveiled its Totem Vantage network planning tool, designed to enable the fast deployment of third-generation networks.
The company said the in-house developed tool is the first to market with a complete 3GPP standards-compliant wideband Code Division Multiple Access commercial solution.
