SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Trimble Navigation Ltd. said public-safety fleets in St. Louis and Honolulu will use its Automatic Vehicle Location products.
“We believe this technologically advanced system will enhance greatly our ability to respond quickly to emergencies,” said St. Louis Fire Department Deputy Chief Bill Erker. “The new system will help us to assign the closest appropriate fire fighting and EMS resources, reducing the response times to fire and medical emergencies throughout our city.”
