ATLANTA-Mobile e-commerce solutions provider Hotpalm.com announced a strategic alliance to provide the wireless platform for ComTelco International Inc., a telemanagement, computer telephony integration, hospitality and health-care systems telecommunications provider.
“ComTelco’s nearly 10-percent share of Hotpalm.com’s capital stock offers ComTelco enormous global possibilities,” explained Stephen Winters, managing director of Telecom Ventures L.L.C. and a member of ComTelco’s board of directors. “Telecom Ventures’ ability to pull the funding and synergies between the two companies together has now positioned ComTelco to be one of the first to profit from the rapid deployment of [Wireless Application Protocol] e-commerce solutions.”
