TORONTO-Wysdom Inc. is acquiring Evolucom Inc., which designs and manages large-scale e-commerce and Wireless Application Protocol projects for such firms as Ericsson Inc., Hewlett Packard Co., Phone.com Inc. and Laurentian Bank.
Wysdom, a wireless application service provider, said the acquisition will speed the time to market for its planned products and services. Financial details were not disclosed.
