DALLAS-Paging Network Inc. said it was not able to make its Securities and Exchange Commission 10-K filing containing 1999 audited financial results by April 14 as previously expected.
The company noted it would make the filing and release its 1999 audited results by the end of April.
In addition, Director Lee Mitchell has resigned from the board, having been elected chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade and required to end his public company directorships.
