ENGLEWOOD, Colo.-Telecom Wireless Corp., a digital wireless platform builder, singed a letter of intent to acquire Fanz.net Inc., a Seattle-based free Internet service provider.
“We are very excited about Fanz.net strategy as it supports two of our strategies,” said Dr. James Roberts, chairman of the board for Telecom Wireless. “The first is content-driven revenues and the second is member participation with cross marketing. We believe that implementation of our wireless model will facilitate more rapid growth for Fanz.net.”
Financial terms of the purchase were not provided.
