TEL AVIV, Israel-BreezeCom Ltd., a developer and manufacturer of broadband wireless access products, filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of 4.5 million of its ordinary shares.
CIBC World Markets, Dain Rauscher Wessels and US Bancorp Piper Jaffray are the designated underwriters of the offering.
