Telenetics forms alliance with GTE TSI

LAKE FOREST, Calif.-Telenetics Corp. said it formed a strategic alliance with GTE Telecommunications Services Inc. allowing it to use GTE’s cellular control channels to transmit Telenetics’ wireless data technology.

Telenetics uses cellular networks to collect and transmit data from industrial devices like meters, remote terminal units and traffic controllers.
