SAN DIEGO-Qualcomm Inc. said the Korean Industrial Property Office, Korea’s patent agency, upheld the validity of 46 of 49 claims of Qualcomm’s patent to CDMA technology.
The patent describes Qualcomm’s inventions for generating signal waveforms in CDMA systems such as Interim Standard-95 and third-generation systems, said Qualcomm.
