Telecom revenues to top $50M by 2005

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.-Revenues for unified telecommunications services in North America and Europe will reach more than $50 million by 2005, according to a new study, “Opportunities for Unified Telecommunications Services,” released by Technical Marketing Inc. and Schema.

Unified telecommunications services are a wide range of services enabled by the convergence of intelligent network, Internet Protocol and wireless technologies, Technical Marketing said.

The study details implications for the industry, describes the development of key services expected to grow, assesses the impact of technological and standards development, and analyzes the user research.
