MOTOROLA WINS EXPANDS IRIDIUM CONTACT OPTIONS

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.-Motorola Worldwide Information Network Services, an Iridium service provider to government customers, said it expanded its contact options for customers using the Iridium global communications system via Iridium gateways in the United States.

M-WINS customers can use the new interactive voice response message center to send operator-assisted pages, customize their services, retrieve voice mail and adjust personal greetings through a toll-free call.

Customers can access the IVR message center through an AT&T International direct toll-free number and ask the customer service representative to connect them to the M-WINS message center, Motorola said.
