COLUMBUS, Ohio-Divine Tower International Corp. said it selected Lucent Technologies Inc. to provide approximately $100 million of wireless infrastructure equipment in the first year of a three-year contract.
Under terms of the contract, Lucent will supply Code Division Multiple Access, Time Division Multiple Access, Global System for Mobile communications and analog network elements, including base stations, switches and software.
DTIC said it will use the equipment in an infrastructure leasing program aimed at wireless network end-service providers.
