CHILLICOTHE, Ohio-Horizon Personal Communications Inc., an affiliate of The Chillicothe Telephone Co., expanded its management agreement with Sprint PCS to include 15 new markets in the Shenandoah Valley, northern West Virginia and eastern Tennessee.
Horizon said it will launch in September Sprint PCS service in Clarksburg, Fairmont and Morgantown, W.Va., in cooperation with the Virginia PCS Alliance; and Charlottesville, Danville, Lynchburg, Martinsville, Roanoke and Staunton/Waynes-boro, Va., in cooperation with the West Virginia PCS Alliance.
