DALLAS-Paging Network Inc.’s Advanced Wireless Integration Group introduced two new services-the Jackpot Casino Monitoring System and Delivery-Mate automatic dispatch service.
The casino service allows casino operators with networked slots and video gaming machines to notify cashiers when a player has won a large jackpot that cannot self-pay. It also can alert technicians when a machine needs service and has other customizable options regarding information management such as win percentages, hourly handles and other statistics.
The Reserve, a Las Vegas casino, is the system’s first customer.
AWIG’s Delivery-Mate service sends newspaper re-delivery requests directly to newspaper delivery personnel, PageNet said. The solution monitors customer service calls. When a re-delivery request is entered, the system sends the detailed message to the delivery driver’s wireless device. The solution also generates data on miss rates and other information.
